The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of Horror Vacui Srls and are only handled by technical personnel in charge of processing, at the headquarters of the company itself.

The software used to operate this website acquires, during its normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes, for example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
We would like to clarify that the horrorvacuitattoo.com website does not use the Google Analytics service and that we use AWStats for web statistics.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Optional supply of data
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the appointment request form or indicated in contacts with the company, to request the sending of any newsletters via MailChimp, of informative material or other communications.
Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.
In some special cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information pursuant to art. 157 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases, the reply is mandatory under penalty of an administrative sanction.
Methods of processing
Personal data including contact details provided by users are processed with automated tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected; any e-mail addresses collected on MailChimp will be kept for subsequent mailings.
Security measures
Horror Vacui Srls autonomously decides on the specific security procedures to be applied to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Rights of interested parties (Articles 11 and 12 of the GDPR)
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating or the rectification, as per art. 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data and subsequent art. 15 of the GDPR (right of access).
You have the right to request and obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law or pending correction, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment, pursuant to 'art. 17 and 18 of the GDPR (right to be forgotten, right to limit the processing).
Data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR) will be achieved with the aid of automated IT tools.

Definitions
